While price is important, it is not the total package that you buy from a dealership. A prospective purchaser should compare the value of the equipment initially, the resale value, availability of parts and service, and the overall stability of the tractor brand. There are bargain brands that are no longer in business today.
They should also compare specifications to insure that "apples and apples" are being considered. Compare the facilities of the dealership to see if they have the capability to support your purchase. Our tractors are designed to last for most lifetimes and the decision to purchase should be well-advised. When we put a Lanford decal on a piece of equipment, it allows the purchaser to "cut in line" ahead of service jobs on equipment that was not purchased from us. It means that we strive to carry the parts that keep sold equipment up and running. It defines our long term commitment to hire and continually train our personnel to try to keep our customers satisfied.
